Gen 4 NOW available in Black, Blue, Rescue Orange, Tan & Red.
The SOFTT-W Tourniquet is a life-saving device used to control massive extremity haemorrhage. With a true 1.5 inch tourniquet strap the SOFTT-W provides superior compression than most standard tourniquets. High strength, light weight aluminium components are used in critical areas of function ensuring reliability in the most challenging of circumstances and on the largest of limbs.
The SOFTT-W does not rely on any velcro. The high strength hook & buckle interface was designed for security, strength and ease of application.
The design allows for rapid routing of the tourniquet strap while eliminating the need for re-threading the webbing through a buckle. By eliminating the requirement to re-route the webbing the tourniquet is easier to use when operating under stress and reduces application time, both of which can result in reduced levels of blood loss and better quality patient care.
This broader compression pattern allows for increased patient comfort and additional arterial compression.
Used by numerous Australian Police Forces and Ambulance Services.

TacMed Australia is now stocking the COMBAT APPLICATION TOURNIQUET (C.A.T)- G7. It has all the great features of the Gen 6 C.A.T but has added features including the NEW Single Routing Buckle for faster application, decreased blood loss, effective slack removal, fewer windlass turns, and simplified training with single protocol application standards
COMBAT APPLICATION TOURNIQUET (CAT) G7
The CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a small and lightweight arterial tourniquet that completely occludes blood flow in an extremity. Used for the treatment of life-threatening bleeding, the C.A.T Tourniquet uses a Self-Adhering Band and a Friction Adaptor Buckle to fit a wide range of extremities combined with a one-handed windlass system. The windlass uses a free moving internal band to provide true circumferential pressure to an extremity. The windlass is then locked in place; this requires only one hand, with the Windlass Clip. The C.A.T Tourniquet also has a Hook-and-Loop Windlass Strap for further securing of the windlass during patient transport.

Understanding the need and importance of the form, fit, and function of training devices, the HyFin Chest Seal Trainer provides a cost-effective solution to equip providers with the best training alternative, other than using the actual device, for both vented and occlusive chest seals. Specifically designed to increase user familiarity, the HyFin Chest Seal Trainer utilises the same template as the HyFin Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack but uses a less aggressive adhesive designed for effective chest seal application on both human skin and a training manikin. This allows for training of proper placement of not only the chest seal itself but also of the vent over a simulated wound.
Packaged in the same rugged, compact foil pouch, the HyFin Chest Seal Trainer also features a unique perforated package that allows the student to open only one chest seal if needed. Made in America and 100% latex free, NAR packages each chest seal using its signature Red Tip Technology red tear notches in a rugged, easy-to-open, foil pouch to ensure high-quality performance.
K9 TourniquetRegular price $63.25 Save $-63.25
TacMed Australia now carries the K9 Tourniquet. This TQ has been engineered to work effectively on tapered anatomy, such as the leg of a K9, and is designed to be placed high on the limb. It has integrated traction technology that prevents the tourniquet from slipping down the animal’s leg, which would result in a loss of compression.
The slippage is amplified when the animal is started to be moved and extricated. Slippage is a common occurrence when tourniquets or pressure dressings designed for humans are used on such tapered anatomy.
The K9 Tourniquet addresses these issues and does so with a quick application time
