Great to have, individually wrapped gloves in your kit. No more pulling and shaking extra gloves off as you get them from a box. Nice and tough… have yet to tear one. Only downsides: individually wrapped means they are paired and tightly wrapped together, makes for having to peel them apart. Not powered inside makes for donning a little difficult (especially after the mentioned wrapping)

Got the pack, and have shoved multiples in my daughters cars, wifes car. Yeah, maybe big(ish) in size, but road accidents do happen. Hopefully not to my loved ones, but chances of coming across one is high. First responder and all that jazz.
