- Verify you entered the correct email address during checkout

How Do I purchase a Gift Card?
To purchase a Gift Card:
- Visit our Gift Cards page
- Select your preferred amount
- Add recipient's details (name and email)
- Complete checkout
The gift card will be delivered to the recipient's email address.
How Do I Redeem a Gift Card?
To redeem your Gift Card:
- Add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your gift card code in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' field
- Click 'Apply'
The gift card amount will be deducted from your total. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
Can I check my Gift Card Balance?
Yes, you can check your gift card balance in two ways:
- Online: Enter your gift card code in the checkout to test balance or

What is your returns policy?
Our returns policy is designed to be as easy as applying a tourniquet! You can return items if:
- You've changed your mind (within 14 days of receipt)
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is faulty (within warranty period - minimum 12 months)
Please note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable

How do I return an Item?
Follow these steps to return an item:

- Include the completed RMA Form with your return

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inspect your items immediately upon delivery

Within 14 days of delivery, notify us in writing of any:
- Evident defects or damage
- Shortage in quantity
- Failure to comply with description
- For defects that become evident later, notify us as soon as possible
- We'll arrange inspection of the goods and process your return accordingly
All faulty products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty.
What are my refund options?
When returning items, you can choose from:
- Full refund (minus shipping charges)
- Store credit
- Exchange for another item
For faulty items within warranty period, you'll receive either:
- Exchange
- Refund
- Store credit
The final decision will be made after assessment by a TacMed representative.
