The HyFin Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack provides users with 2x vented chest seals in a compact packaging for the treatment of penetrating injuries to the chest. Gone are the days of trying to awkwardly fold chest seals to fit in your trauma kit.

Designed with 3-vented channels, the HyFin Vent allows air to escape the chest cavity during exhalation,while also preventing air from entering through the injury during inhalation. Each HyFin Vent Compact Chest Seal is 12cm x 12cm and made with advanced adhesive to provide a superior adhesion in the most adverse conditions, including sweaty, bloody or hairy patients.

Packaged in a rugged, easy-to-open foil pouch, the perforated packaging allows users to open only one dressing at a time as needed. It 's compact packaging is ideal for low profile or small immediate trauma kits as you do not have to fold it to get it to fit in your trauma kit, go-bag or cargo pocket.

The Pocket BVM is ideal for various emergency and clinical settings where resuscitation and breathing support to the respiratory distressed or non-breathing patient is required along side the space saving factor.

The Pocket BVM when unpackaged is a fully functional BVM. It will replace any standard BVM by maintaining all the standard working factors and operation possibilities and will improve the effectiveness by adding the accessibility, availability and last but not least maximize limited storage space by up to 75%.

It is easy to use, without operational fatigue, it requires minimum pressure to be compressed and, due to its design, quickly recovers its shape, so as not to cause operational fatigue, even after extended continuous use.

The Guedel Airway Kit is a complete OPA kit consisting of 8 Guedel airways (one of each size) - supplied in a plastic carrying case. Ideal for medical kits and paramedic cases.

Airway Guedels are available in a range of sizes which must be appropriately matched to the patient to ensure a correct fit.

The HyFin^® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack from North American Rescue sets the standard for the prevention, management and treatment of an open and/or tension pneumothorax potentially caused by a penetrating chest trauma. Two seals, each individually packaged, are designed to allow the user to apply a seal to both an entry or an exit wound while also giving the option to only apply one and store the other until needed as the situation requires. This innovative design provides 3-vented channels designed to prevent airflow into the chest cavity during inhalation while allowing air to escape through the vent channels during exhalation. The 3-vent channels are designed to allow blood to escape and also provide a backup fail-safe system, as even if two of the three channels become obstructed, the vent is designed to remain fully operational.

Advanced adhesive technology provides superior adhesion as the HyFin^® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack is specifically designed to overcome adverse conditions in austere environments where the casualty may be covered in blood, sweat, body hair, or other environmental contaminants when a reliable chest seal is mandatory. Packaged in a more compact, rugged, easy-to-open twin foil pouch, each chest seal also includes a gauze pad to wipe the wound surface prior to application. Our Intubation Kit will allow access to all your ALS airway supplies with just one operation. It will hold a variety of ET tubes in “file folder style” for instant access. There are several pockets for scope handles, masks, gloves, lubricant etc. There is also a zippered compartment for extra batteries, bulbs, etc. The Conterra Intubation Kit also has elasticized slots for up to eight blades and forceps. The kit is built entirely out of Cordura with a rip and stick closure, and will easily fit in the front pocket of our Airway Pro™ kit.
