The CTOMS 308 Large SAR Version DrugBox, big brother to the CTOMS Drug Box, is a waterproof, crush resistant, mobile, and incredibly durable drug storage system.

Items stored within are protected by 2 closed cell foam inserts which can be cut to accommodate a wide range of front-line medications,which can be stowed in both the lid and bottom sections of the case.

The 308 DrugBox also features an automatic pressure equalization valve to ensure easy opening after altitude and temperature changes, while the inner o-ring protects contents from airborne particles. Made specifically to fit women, the Diva radio harness features a free floating suspension system that can be easily adjusted to fit women of all shapes and sizes. The people at Conterra spent two years designing this product to ensure that the changes in the harness shape as well as a totally new free floating suspension system instantly adjusts to fit multiple shoulder widths and slopes, as well as different body shapes.

Designed to carry a SOFTT-W Tourniquet, a Hyfin Vented Chest Seal, and a hemostatic (QuikClot) or standard gauze, the AMK disappears in the pleat of your pants and most other uniform bottoms.

The soft and flexible material allows the AMK to be worn for long periods of time, comfortably, while being secure enough to handle rapid movement without losing the kit or its contents. Another (very awesome) feature of the AMK is that when the internal components have been utilised - the wrap itself can be used as a compression wrap!

COMBAT APPLICATION TOURNIQUET (CAT) G7

The CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a small and lightweight arterial tourniquet that completely occludes blood flow in an extremity. Used for the treatment of life-threatening bleeding, the C.A.T Tourniquet uses a Self-Adhering Band and a Friction Adaptor Buckle to fit a wide range of extremities combined with a one-handed windlass system. The windlass uses a free moving internal band to provide true circumferential pressure to an extremity. The windlass is then locked in place; this requires only one hand, with the Windlass Clip. The C.A.T Tourniquet also has a Hook-and-Loop Windlass Strap for further securing of the windlass during patient transport.

Note - Blue colour option is traditionally used as a training version.

The Combat IV Pak incorporates an adjustable?1.9 cm side-release buckle and suspension strap allowing for convenient suspension of the CIVP from the operator during Tactical Field Care and Combat CASEVAC when no other means exists as well as to hang the CIVP via conventional means when available.

The Combat IV Pak in the hands of a skilled medical operator rapidly converts to an improvised pressure infuser when combined with an adult sphygmomanometer. This feature allows for the even application of positive pressure to the IV fluid supporting IO infusion and easing horizontal transport of the CIVP near the casualty that in turn minimizes the dependence on gravity, IV poles, and lengthy IV lines during Tactical Field Care and Combat CASEVAC or MEDEVAC operations.

The Combat IV Pak employs IV fluids across the environmental spectrum by combining -40?F ??no crack?? vinyl with lightweight neoprene to provide insulation to the CIVP. The integrated adjustable 1.9 cm side-release buckle and suspension strap provides a means to hang one or two CIVPs (when connected together) near the operator??s body assisting in the maintenance of optimum fluid temperatures.

Designed as a "Penetrating Trauma Aid Kit, Small", the PTAKS pouch features a channelled back panel to allow both belt mounting and MOLLE/PALS attachment of this small profile pouch to allow it to be kept in an easily accessible location on the user - without overcrowding Police Officers already heavily laden setups.

The inside is an open compartment which has a quick access ribbon that can be loaded under your contents to allow for fast easy deployment when needed. A velcro square on the front holds a medical identifier cross patch (included).

The first in our Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) series, the Eleven 10? TEMS First Line Pouch?is designed for tactical medics to be able to carry medical supplies in a thin, slim-lined pouch. The pouch features adjustable shock cord that can be configured to hold a variety of medical supplies. It can be mounted utilizing the included Malice Clips to any MOLLE/PALS webbing. The pouch has a cross patch to identify it as ??medical?? and allows you to carry life-saving equipment on a web style vest.

The I.V. Ad-Wrap attaches to Conterra's I.V Bag and organises everything you need to start and maintain a line, and/or draw blood.

The Ad-Wrap features separate pockets for blood tubes, mini drip lines, maxi drip lines, catheters, Betadine wipes, alcohol wipes, roller gauze, tourniquets, Veniguards, and bandaids.

Once a line has been started, the Ad-Wrap can be torn away from the I.V. bag (Velcro) and and hung or packaged with the patient. The Ad-Wrap can also be rolled up and used alone.

All pockets open inward and have elastic keepers above them for security. The Ad-Wrap is fully machine washable.

The M-FAK (Mini IFAK) pouch by North American Rescue is a compact, 500D nylon platform that opens from the side in a clamshell configuration utilising two main sleeves which open on both ends and features multiple elastic loops for secure gear organization.

The bag’s exterior includes a MOLLE backing for mounting in the standard vertical position as well as a 3 in. internal sleeve for accommodating horizontal attachment to your duty belt.

The vertical mount can be set to open left-to-right or right-to-left based on preference, while the horizontal belt mount allows opening directly to your tourniquet. Also included is a Velcro loop patch on the front of the pouch for ID or MED patches as well as three MOLLE loops to attach additional gear such as a TQ/Holder (sold separately) if needed.
