The CTOMS 308 Large SAR Version DrugBox, big brother to the CTOMS Drug Box, is a waterproof, crush resistant, mobile, and incredibly durable drug storage system.

Items stored within are protected by 2 closed cell foam inserts which can be cut to accommodate a wide range of front-line medications,which can be stowed in both the lid and bottom sections of the case.

The 308 DrugBox also features an automatic pressure equalization valve to ensure easy opening after altitude and temperature changes, while the inner o-ring protects contents from airborne particles. The 9 Pocket Holster CO-175 is a pouch that was designed for the Fire Department of New York Paramedics. It's a big pouch that will hold everything (including your stethoscope). Made from Poly Web it is very strong so it will handle the punishment of the pre-hospital environment. With the easy to use clip you can store the pouch on the dash or in your bag and clip it onto your belt or pants in a second (BL-175 excepted).

Tough in materials and design, the Airway-Pro Airway Organizer is built to withstand the everyday abuse of street EMS. It is built entirely of SI TEX fabric, that has superior abrasion resistance and is impervious to fluids. SI TEX is over five times stronger than the Cordura fabric used on other brands of airway kits. The fully padded Airway-Pro opens with a single huge #10 coil YKK zipper. Inside, the main compartment is separated with reinforced dividers to hold a D (or Jumbo D) oxygen cylinder, bag valve mask and oxygen delivery equipment.

Introducing the Ankle Medical Kit (AMK) from Tacmed Solutions. The 'AMK' is a major leap in medical capabilities for individuals serving in personal protection roles, positions requiring the wear of a non-standard uniform, and for law enforcement officers who have run out of space on their load bearing vest or duty belt.

Designed to carry a SOFTT-W Tourniquet, a Hyfin Vented Chest Seal, and a hemostatic (QuikClot) or standard gauze, the AMK disappears in the pleat of your pants and most other uniform bottoms.

The soft and flexible material allows the AMK to be worn for long periods of time, comfortably, while being secure enough to handle rapid movement without losing the kit or its contents. Another (very awesome) feature of the AMK is that when the internal components have been utilised - the wrap itself can be used as a compression wrap!

The TacMed Any Mission Pack, or AMP, is ever ready and truly versatile, it derives its name from its ability to be modified to fit any mission.It offers a completely customisable interior, multiple methods of wear, and the ability to scale the pack size up or down depending on mission requirements.

The approximately 1150 cubic inch interior main pack is fully coated with velcro loop-tape allowing the user to arrange the included loop sets and pouches in a configuration that meets their needs. The sets included are:
