The 9 Pocket Holster CO-175 is a pouch that was designed for the Fire Department of New York Paramedics. It's a big pouch that will hold everything (including your stethoscope). Made from Poly Web it is very strong so it will handle the punishment of the pre-hospital environment. With the easy to use clip you can store the pouch on the dash or in your bag and clip it onto your belt or pants in a second (BL-175 excepted).

Made specifically to fit women, the Diva radio harness features a free floating suspension system that can be easily adjusted to fit women of all shapes and sizes. The people at Conterra spent two years designing this product to ensure that the changes in the harness shape as well as a totally new free floating suspension system instantly adjusts to fit multiple shoulder widths and slopes, as well as different body shapes.

It is built entirely of SI TEX fabric, that has superior abrasion resistance and is impervious to fluids. SI TEX is over five times stronger than the Cordura fabric used on other brands of airway kits. The fully padded Airway-Pro opens with a single huge #10 coil YKK zipper. Originally designed for the US Armed Forces to meet the challenges of successful IV access in stressful environments with challenging patients, the BOA Constricting IV Band by North American Rescue has become a critical component of successful IV cannulation in the tactical medical field.

For improved central venous access every time, the BOA ?uses a rolling action to transfuse venous blood to the distal veins while still allowing arterial flow. For maximum effect, the BOA is placed as high up on the extremity as allowable. This technique decreases time on task for treating combat casualties, civilian trauma patients, or medical patients with poor vascular access (for example, diabetic wound care).

It has all the great features of the Gen 6 C.A.T but has added features including the NEW Single Routing Buckle for faster application, decreased blood loss, effective slack removal, fewer windlass turns, and simplified training with single protocol application standards

COMBAT APPLICATION TOURNIQUET (CAT) G7

The CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a small and lightweight arterial tourniquet that completely occludes blood flow in an extremity. Used for the treatment of life-threatening bleeding, the C.A.T Tourniquet uses a Self-Adhering Band and a Friction Adaptor Buckle to fit a wide range of extremities combined with a one-handed windlass system. The windlass uses a free moving internal band to provide true circumferential pressure to an extremity. The windlass is then locked in place; this requires only one hand, with the Windlass Clip. The C.A.T Tourniquet also has a Hook-and-Loop Windlass Strap for further securing of the windlass during patient transport.

Note - Blue colour option is traditionally used as a training version.

The Combat IV Pak in the hands of a skilled medical operator rapidly converts to an improvised pressure infuser when combined with an adult sphygmomanometer. This feature allows for the even application of positive pressure to the IV fluid supporting IO infusion and easing horizontal transport of the CIVP near the casualty that in turn minimizes the dependence on gravity, IV poles, and lengthy IV lines during Tactical Field Care and Combat CASEVAC or MEDEVAC operations.
