Designed by ex-Special Operations Medics with real-world operational experience, this compact kit is engineered for rapid response when major trauma strikes - whether on the range, in the bush, or on the streets, it’s ideal for treating severe injuries, controlling bleeding, and managing airways in high-pressure situations.

Vacuum sealed to preserve critical contents, this kit is versatile enough to be quickly deployed from a glove box, pouch, vest, or duty bag. Purpose-built to address life-threatening injuries including gunshot wounds, stab wounds, major lacerations, and penetrating chest injuries.

It's called the 'TacMed IFAK' (Immediate First Aid Kit) and comes in 3 variants. You can also purchase the Tearaway Pouch on its own:

Utilising a custom made pouch that incorporates multiple internal loops and pockets the TacMed IFAK has been designed with tear-away functionality allowing an operator to tear the pouch away from its velcro mount and throw or place the kit where its really needed. The mount has MOLLE setup allowing for vest or duty belt carriage and the standard version comes stocked with the following equipment:

• SOF-TT Tourniquet (Rescue Orange or Black depending on availability)
• 4" OLAES Trauma Bandage
• HYFIN Chest Seal twin pack
• Trauma Shears 15cm

The 'TacMed IFAK+' comes with all the contents of the Standard IFAK along with Quik-Clot Combat Haemostatic Gauze.

Finally the 'TacMed IFAK Advanced' is for the higher clinical level operator and comes with all contents of the IFAK+ along with a 7.5mm Naso-Pharyngeal airway, a 14g Chest Decompression Needle and a 4" Israeli Emergency Bandage to replace the OLAES.

The BurnTec Burn Kit contains a combination of the entire BurnTec dressing range - in a neat, easy to carry, and highly visibly grab and go pouch. The BurnTec dressings themselves are modern hydro-gel dressings used for a variety of skin injuries ranging from first, second, and third-degree burns (thermal, chemical, & electric) to other skin injuries such as sunburns, abrasions, bruises, swelling and insect bites.

BurnTec's unique 'stable-sheeting' hydrogel structure strongly improve the efficacy of burn treatment, while heavily simplifying the application process and increasing the effective cooling / relief period - putting BurnTec at the forefront of pre hospital treatment of burns.
