The SOFTT-W Tourniquet is a life-saving device used to control massive extremity haemorrhage. With a true 1.5 inch tourniquet strap the SOFTT-W provides superior compression than most standard tourniquets. High strength, light weight aluminium components are used in critical areas of function ensuring reliability in the most challenging of circumstances and on the largest of limbs.

The SOFTT-W does not rely on any velcro. The high strength hook & buckle interface was designed for security, strength and ease of application.

The design allows for rapid routing of the tourniquet strap while eliminating the need for re-threading the webbing through a buckle. By eliminating the requirement to re-route the webbing the tourniquet is easier to use when operating under stress and reduces application time, both of which can result in reduced levels of blood loss and better quality patient care.

This broader compression pattern allows for increased patient comfort and additional arterial compression.

Used by numerous Australian Police Forces and Ambulance Services.

COMBAT APPLICATION TOURNIQUET (CAT) G7

The CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet) is a small and lightweight arterial tourniquet that completely occludes blood flow in an extremity. Used for the treatment of life-threatening bleeding, the C.A.T Tourniquet uses a Self-Adhering Band and a Friction Adaptor Buckle to fit a wide range of extremities combined with a one-handed windlass system. The windlass uses a free moving internal band to provide true circumferential pressure to an extremity. The windlass is then locked in place; this requires only one hand, with the Windlass Clip. The C.A.T Tourniquet also has a Hook-and-Loop Windlass Strap for further securing of the windlass during patient transport.

QuikClot Combat Gauze

QuikClot is the essential choice for haemorrhage control in a broad range of bleeding situations.

QuikClot products are impregnated with kaolin, a naturally occurring, inorganic mineral (clay derivative). Kaolin has no known allergic or exothermic reactions.

QuikClot products are safe and effective, having passed all biocompatibility testing, and do not contain any animal or human-derived proteins or shellfish products.

Ideal for first responders, the QuikClot EMS 4x4 Dressing is a sterile non-woven 4-ply gauze pad that is impregnated with the active ingredient in all QuikClot's products: kaolin. The 4 x 4 inch dressings come in packs of 3 (with instructions), and are contained in an easy-rip package which enables rapid access and treatment.
