Quikclot
Great for people on triple or double blood thinners. Works great if small cuts accidentally done anywhere. Stoped bleeding so quickly that would have required hard pressure and holding and elevating for ten minutes

Haemostatic dressing
Great price. I have previously purchased larger dressing. But having the availability of something smaller is a great option.

Portable stretcher
We bought this stretcher to help us carry 32kg boxes of tiles up to our house which has 175 steps !!! It is really strong and whilst not how you would think to use it. It has saved us our backs

Great unit, difficult to determine quality and weight
Really wanted the lighter version, will buy the lighter version, but thought I had. Didn't. Alas.

Ideal for Section Level
We purchased these Litters to enable distribution and use at Section level in the field where movement to a safety vehicle is a time priority (eg snake bite) instead of waiting for the larger rigid stretcher to be brought in to the casualty. Provides additional variety for training, and hopefully will never need to be used.

Quick litter
Products are fit for purpose and we give them a fair workout.

Quick Litter
Bought to replace a very beat up North American Rescue soft litter. Slid nicely into the back of my trauma pack. Ready for the next med support job. Happy if I ever need to use this one!

Several issues in design.
My biggest issue with the clip is that it has full 360 turn which means that its possible to spin completely upside down and drop the torch. The resistance of the turning mechanism is not enough for natural body movement to eventually put that clip into that position. My other problem is the button of the P7 keeps getting pressed by the clip if it isn't turned exactly in the correct position, unfortunately the clip does not prevent the torch from turning in that manner either and I would often find the torch on and burning a hole in my side.

Review
Well constructed , fits securely on to webbing belt , holds torch securely

Great bit of kit.
Great product works really well and great price.

Perfect
The clip was exactly what I needed.

Medium Organiser Pocket
The pocket suited my needs for partitioning materials in my RFS Backpack. It is well built and should last indefinitely.
Small Organiser Pouches
Overall a good product - but it would be nice to be able to have the ability to add a label (insert or something). Make it easier for others to be told to get xxxx pouch from the kit. As a sole operator, with another bystander assistant, it make it easier for them to get what I need. I've seen this identification issue cause delays in treatment at the inappropriate time.
