The Operator IFAK is a compact Immediate First Aid Kit (IFAK) that provides immediate trauma care at the point of injury. Whether you are on the pistol range, hunting in remote bushland or on duty on the streets of Sydney - the Operator IFAK is the kit of choice for operators around firearms.
The Operator IFAK comes complete in a compact MOLLE nylon pouch (in 3 colours) which can be worn on any platform that has MOLLE or worn on a belt. Complete with all the equipment required to treat major causes of preventable death from penetrating injuries.

Worth The Money
Great product, quality is definitely there. Content is fantastic but I'll be adding one or two more items for my own specific need. Size of the IFAK is perfect for either attaching it to battle belt or plate carrier with MOLLE capability. Truly satisfied with TACMED's customer service and their product. In fact, I bought another one (V2). I will be recommending and buying more in the near future. Thank you.

On the range, in the bush or on the streets - the Immediate Trauma Kit is a compact kit that can be thrown in a glove box, a pouch, on your vest or duty bag. Superb quality and a good combination of items, although the addition of a set of trauma shears would add some capability, but detract from the compactness. Apart from the shears it’s perfect for an individual to carry against the contingency of trauma. Perhaps a SORD IFAK 2 molle column pouch could be considered as part of the package.

AustraliaGreat kit for 1-2 people in trauma setting.
Its perfect for personal use in a trauma setting. I had to recently use it on someone who fell down the stairs. My suggestion is maybe a kit that bridges the gap between this small personal one and multi-cas. Perhaps a slightly larger medium trauma kit that includes this plus another compartment of an extra roller bandage, more combines/non-stick dressings, as I find open wounds more frequent than fractures.

Tacmed Split IFAK

The Tacmed Split IFAK is the perfect answer when you want to carry the same basic items for a Trauma First Aid Kit, but keep the size of the pack worn to an absolute minimum.
The split IFAK separates the Tourniquet off into its own pouch so the main pouch holding a flat packed 4" OLAES bandage, compact chest seal and Disposable CPR face shield, can be a smaller size. It also features a tearaway design. This means that when worn on a MOLLE vest fitting for example, the complete kit is contained within 2 smaller and thinner packs rather than 1 large pouch. Alternatively the main pouch could be worn on a belt with the Tourniquet fitted to a MOLLE vest or pack, or carried in a pocket or separate bag.
The IFAK pouch and Tourniquet pouch are designed to use with MOLLE fittings but can both be attached to a belt as well (Tourniquet pouch can fit a belt with a max width of 40mm).
