BOA Constricting Band
Regular price $16.65 Save $-16.65BOA Constricting Band
Originally designed for the US Armed Forces, the BOA Constricting IV Band by North American Rescue is a critical tool for achieving successful IV access in high-pressure environments. This band has become a key component of IV cannulation in tactical medical fields, enabling improved venous access even in stressful situations.
The BOA Constricting Band employs a rolling action that helps to redirect venous blood to the distal veins while still allowing for arterial flow. This technique ensures improved central venous access, reducing time spent on procedures and increasing the likelihood of success. Ideal for use with combat casualties, civilian trauma patients, and individuals with poor vascular access (such as those with diabetes or chronic wounds), the BOA is an essential tool for efficient IV placement in the field.
Key Features:
- Military-Grade Design: Developed for the US Armed Forces, built for use in high-stress, challenging environments.
- Improved Venous Access: Rolling action improves venous blood flow, facilitating quicker and more successful IV access.
- Time-Efficient: Decreases the time required to establish successful IV access, making it essential for trauma care.
- Versatile Use: Ideal for combat casualties, civilian trauma patients, and medical patients with poor vascular access.
- Simple to Use: Placed high up on the extremity for maximum effect, improving vascular access.

Not just for IV items
I now have 2 of the rolls and 1 IV bag. I use them as a tool roll and first aid roll as a MTB coach and they're great. At least 1/2 the price of anything else, just as or even more robust than the more expensive specific MTB brands.

Combat IV Pak 500cc Coyote Brown
Regular price $139.15 Save $-139.15The Combat IV Pak 500cc Coyote Brown is a revolutionary development for the employment of Intravenous (IV) and Intraosseous (IO) fluids across the continuum of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) on the modern battlefield. Designed by a Combat Medic for the Combat Medic, the Combat IV Pak provides a durable, lightweight, and versatile solution for storing, organising, and deploying IV/IO fluids in tactical environments—anytime, anywhere.
Its unique design integrates the storage and organisation of IV/IO fluids and administration supplies, ensuring that the "right stuff" is at the "right place" at the "right time" in accordance with the Principles of TCCC. This design facilitates the efficient deployment of IV/IO capabilities during Tactical Field Care, Combat CASEVAC, and MEDEVAC operations.
The Combat IV Pak features an adjustable 1.9cm side-release buckle and suspension strap, allowing for easy suspension from the operator during Tactical Field Care and Combat CASEVAC when no other means exist. It can also be hung via conventional methods when available.
When combined with an adult sphygmomanometer, the Combat IV Pak rapidly converts into an improvised pressure infuser. This feature provides even positive pressure application to IV fluids, supporting IO infusion, and facilitating horizontal transport of the CIVP near the casualty—minimising dependence on gravity, IV poles, and long IV lines during operations.
Constructed from -40°F "no crack" vinyl and lightweight neoprene, the Combat IV Pak is built to perform across a wide environmental spectrum, offering superior insulation to maintain optimum fluid temperatures.
