This product just saved my brother's life this morning. He tripped and fell through a plate glass door and sliced his forearm including arteries and tendons. His neighbour rushed over with this tourniquet and kept him alive until the paramedics got there. He lost 35% blood, but it could have been more if not for this. It works! Thank you team TacMed AU - forever grateful.

Combat Gauze
It’s expensive. Delivery time was fast. Because i only just received it and have been asked multiple times for a review, I have only these comments to offer.

Great kit supply.
I am fully aware of how these are thought of, however I will not know until the Chinese start sending missiles into the Sunshine coast or I am involved in civilian trauma. I expect the former to be more likely but think we have at least 12 months to read up and watch videos to support recent training. Tongue in cheek, finger on trigger. Only joking but as a nurse I expect the **** to hit the fan sooner than later.

Price is always worth the lifesaving capacity provided by haemostatic gauze, this is a very high quality and proven product.

5.11 UCR Slingpack does the job The Good Good Size it' easy to pack too much. Good Weight the carry holds are good, Price: Good Value on the promotional price. This carrys everything you coud need away from a vehicle. Bad: Not good in wet, Top Zips have no wetflap. Bottom has 2 perfectly formed holes ( not sure why ?) UGLY: The stabilisation strap needs a tuck away pocket or a snap buckle to remove it. It's just a catch point waiting to snag.

5.11 UCR Slingpack
Strong construction at a good price. Whilst I have yet to work out exactly where to put my relevant items the layout will enable me to have a response pack with everything that I need.
