Portable stretcher
We bought this stretcher to help us carry 32kg boxes of tiles up to our house which has 175 steps !!! It is really strong and whilst not how you would think to use it. It has saved us our backs

Great unit, difficult to determine quality and weight
Really wanted the lighter version, will buy the lighter version, but thought I had. Didn't. Alas.

Ideal for Section Level
We purchased these Litters to enable distribution and use at Section level in the field where movement to a safety vehicle is a time priority (eg snake bite) instead of waiting for the larger rigid stretcher to be brought in to the casualty. Provides additional variety for training, and hopefully will never need to be used.

Quick litter
Products are fit for purpose and we give them a fair workout.

Quick Litter
Bought to replace a very beat up North American Rescue soft litter. Slid nicely into the back of my trauma pack. Ready for the next med support job. Happy if I ever need to use this one!

slishman
great sturdy product, light weight and packs away nicely

Slishmen traction split
Very rapid delivery. I haven't, as yet, had call to use this in a real situation but in practice with several people of differing heights (160cm - 190cm) I've been very impressed with this product- it's compact, light weight, easily adjustable and easy to use.

Intuitive and easy to use. The fine adjustment pull toggle makes it very easy to gauge the amount of tension applied, and is very secure when fitted. It bundles into a fairly compact carry case too.

Great traction splint
The advanced design of the Shlishman traction splint results in the distal end of the splint not extending past the Pts heel, as is the case with most traction splints. This enables carers to place the patient in a litter for extrication and/or transport without conflict between the litter and the splint. This results in increased Pt comfort and reduced demand for analgesia.

Slishman Traction Splint
Great price and quickly delivered.
