Phone, email or PO orders incur standard shipping charges.

Any order to an Australian destination under $250 AUD will incur a flat rate $12.95 AUD shipping fee.

We aim to deliver Australian orders within 3 – 7 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events or parts of WA & NT, delivery may take up to 7 – 10 business days.

This ensures every order — no matter the size or value — has tracking, coverage, and support if there are any delays or issues in transit.

While it’s possible to send small items like wallet reference cards in a standard envelope for a lower cost, this method is not trackable or insured. That means if the item is lost or delayed, we’re unable to trace it or provide a replacement. To protect our customers, our standard $12.95 flat rate covers tracked shipping for every order.
