SHIPPING

Order $250 AUD and over and enjoy FREE SHIPPING to all Australian destinations. Free shipping only applies to online orders. Phone, email or PO orders incur standard shipping charges.

Any order to an Australian destination less than $250AUD will incur a flat rate $12.95 AUD shipping fee.

We aim to deliver Australian orders within 3 – 7 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events or parts of WA & NT, delivery may take up to 7 – 10 business days.

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent once the order is dispatched.

To guarantee safe arrival of your TacMed online purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are acceptable]. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the local post office or courier depot. A card with pick up details will be left.

Tacmed takes no responsibility for the accuracy of delivery addresses supplied - shipments will be addressed using the details provided at the time of ordering. In the event that a shipment is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address supplied, or being uncollected from a local post office/collection agent, Tacmed will contact you regarding redelivery options of your shipment - additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery and/or redirection of shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with delivery details and a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At TacMed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as applying a tourniquet!

If you change your mind, you can return or exchange any item that is unused and in its original condition within 14 days of order receipt to receive a full refund or credit. Minus shipping charges.

Returns will be accepted on any faulty products within their warranty period (minimum 12 months warranty). Items must be returned to TacMed within a reasonable timeframe, and an exchange, refund or credit will be applied after assessment by a TacMed representative.

The Client must inspect the Goods on Delivery and must within fourteen (14) days of Delivery notify TacMed Australia in writing of any evident defect/damage, shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Client must notify any other alleged defect in the Goods as soon as reasonably possible after any such defect becomes evident. Upon such notification the Client must allow TacMed Australia to inspect the Goods.

All returns must be authorised by Tacmed Australia prior to being returned. Please contact us via phone (1300 862 633) or email (info@tacmedaustralia.com.au) to have your return authorised and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA Form) which is to be included with your items when being sent back.
