Originally designed for the US Armed Forces to meet the challenges of successful IV access in stressful environments with challenging patients, the BOA Constricting IV Band by North American Rescue has become a critical component of successful IV cannulation in the tactical medical field.

For improved central venous access every time, the BOA ?uses a rolling action to transfuse venous blood to the distal veins while still allowing arterial flow.
