After nearly a decade of developing and supplying custom IFAKs (Immediate First Aid Kits) for our clients, TacMed has designed its own comprehensive IFAK tailored for operational use. Available in four variants, the TacMed IFAK is an essential tool for emergency responders, military personnel, and anyone requiring a reliable and versatile first aid kit. This custom-made pouch incorporates multiple internal loops and pockets, ensuring all your supplies are organised and easily accessible when you need them most.
The TacMed IFAK features tear-away functionality, allowing operators to quickly detach the pouch from its Velcro mount and deploy it where it's needed most. With MOLLE compatibility for easy attachment to vests or duty belts, this kit is designed to meet the demanding needs of tactical environments.
Includes all of the above, plus Quik-Clot Combat Haemostatic Gauze for enhanced bleeding control.
Includes all the contents of the IFAK+ and adds a 7.5mm Naso-Pharyngeal Airway, 14g Chest Decompression Needle, and a 4" Israeli Emergency Bandage (replacing the OLAES).
The standard TacMed IFAK includes a SOF-TT Tourniquet, 4" OLAES Trauma Bandage, HYFIN Chest Seal twin pack, Trauma Shears, nitrile gloves, Casualty Card, Sharpie marker, and Velcro Medic Cross Patch.
Yes, the TacMed IFAK is designed for ease of use by both first responders and medical professionals. It can also be used by individuals with basic first aid knowledge in emergency situations.
The TacMed IFAK is built to be rugged and weather-resistant, ensuring that your medical supplies remain intact and functional in even the toughest outdoor or combat conditions.
Yes. While the pouch itself does not expire, consumables such as chest seals, gloves, and bandages have expiry dates (usually 3–5 years). These should be checked and replaced as needed to maintain kit readiness.
The IFAK is compact and MOLLE-compatible, making it easy to attach to belts, vests, or packs. Its size makes it equally suitable for military operations, vehicle storage, or outdoor adventures.
The TacMed IFAK provides a more comprehensive range of trauma tools than the Operator IFAK, but it is smaller and more compact than the Immediate Trauma Kit. It’s designed as a balanced option for both individuals and responders.
Yes. Many workplaces, remote sites, and outdoor professionals carry the TacMed IFAK to provide immediate trauma response capability in high-risk environments.
Please provide a delivery address where someone is available during business hours. PO Boxes are accepted. If unattended, your order may be left in a secure location or taken to the nearest post office or depot.

Just not big enough for what I thought I could carry into the field…. So I will be purchasing another one or maybe source the next size up.

A good quality holster but the interior isn’t really well-considered with elastic loops not adjustable and internal pouch opens upside down.Needs a rethink but it’s a good small-size IFAK for FRs
