Compliance Frameworks

TacMed operates under multiple regulatory and quality frameworks relevant to defence, health, and industry clients.

ISO 9001:2015

Certified Quality Management System governing service planning, mobilisation, delivery, review, and continuous improvement. Relevant for government, defence, and resource sector vendor qualification.

AS/NZS ISO 45001

WHS Management System aligned to AS/NZS ISO 45001 principles, with safety risk assessments conducted for every tasking and formal hazard reporting processes.

AHPRA Registration

All clinical staff hold current AHPRA registration appropriate to their clinical role. Registration currency is verified and tracked through TacMed's internal credentialling system prior to every deployment.

Australian Privacy Act 1988

Electronic medical records, patient data, and personal health information managed in full compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. Records retained for 7 years.

Medicines & Poisons Legislation

State and territory health authority authorisations held for possession and administration of restricted medications across applicable jurisdictions. Managed per jurisdiction for international deployments.

Defence Security Principles Framework

For ADF engagements, TacMed personnel operate within the Defence Security Principles Framework. Cleared personnel currently hold NV2, NV1, and Baseline clearances as required for deployed taskings.
