The TOMManikin - GSW (Gun Shot Wound) by North American Rescue offers the most realistic gunshot trauma simulation available for tactical medical training. Developed in collaboration with ITTS and Techline Technologies, this advanced simulator features multiple combat-relevant gunshot injuries for training responders in life-threatening trauma care scenarios.

The unit includes a sucking chest wound (anterior entry/posterior exit), a junctional GSW to the groin, and a through-and-through GSW to the right leg. Each responds to wound packing and tourniquet application. Built with a powder-coated steel frame, solid steel joints, and rugged Softech® silicone skin, the GSW model withstands high-impact training environments, including care under fire and confined space rescue.

Weighing over 160 lbs and built to handle up to 6,000 lbs of pressure, it’s ideal for tactical, extraction, and mass casualty drills. The wireless Advanced Remote Tablet allows remote control of bleeding, breathing, voice responses, pulse rate, and more—enabling seamless training from point-of-injury to handover.
