The ideal location for a tourniquet, the front external stretch pocket allows for various storage options that provide quick access without having to remove the pouch. Items contained within the stretch pouch are held securely with a Velcro flap that can be outfitted with a patch to help distinguish friendly assets or to designate medical contents within.

The pouch also features a snap-closure pull-tab option that can be utilized to access the contents of the pouch during critical situations where time is limited. This feature allows the operator to snap close the pouch without zipping it, allowing the contents to be accessed multiple times, with minimal time an effort, while keeping the contents secure.

The M-FAK (Mini IFAK) pouch by North American Rescue is a compact, 500D nylon platform that opens from the side in a clamshell configuration utilising two main sleeves which open on both ends and features multiple elastic loops for secure gear organization.

The bag’s exterior includes a MOLLE backing for mounting in the standard vertical position as well as a 3 in. internal sleeve for accommodating horizontal attachment to your duty belt.

The vertical mount can be set to open left-to-right or right-to-left based on preference, while the horizontal belt mount allows opening directly to your tourniquet. Also included is a Velcro loop patch on the front of the pouch for ID or MED patches as well as three MOLLE loops to attach additional gear such as a TQ/Holder (sold separately) if needed.
