TOMManikin and TAMikin replacement limbs let you expand or reconfigure your existing simulator without replacing the whole system. Each limb is purpose-built for specific training objectives — haemorrhage control, tourniquet application, burn assessment, IV/IO access, and pulse assessment — giving instructors the flexibility to build varied casualty scenarios from a single platform.
All limbs are constructed from 100% silicone with an internal metal bone structure. Select the variant that matches your training requirement.
Variants
-
Left Arm — Uninjured: Radial pulse, antecubital IV access with flash, and humeral IO site (procedural only). Pulse controlled via NARS tablet.
-
Left Arm — Burns: Circumferential first, second, and third degree burns for burn assessment and treatment training.
-
Right Arm — Burns: Mirror of the Left Arm Burns variant for bilateral or multi-casualty burn scenarios.
-
Right Arm — Shrapnel Injuries: Widespread penetrating shrapnel wounds with multi-site bleeding. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible.
-
Left Leg — Uninjured: Clean limb presentation for vascular access, assessment, or scenario reset.
-
Right Leg — Gunshot Wound: Through-and-through lateral entry and medial exit wound. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible.
-
Right Leg — Partial Amputation: Exposed bone, soft tissue damage, and massive active bleeding. Tourniquet responsive, Active Bleed compatible.
- Interchangeable: All limbs compatible with the full TOMManikin and TAMikin range — no tools required.
- 100% Silicone with Metal Bone Structure: Realistic palpation feel and durable long-term use.
- Tourniquet Responsive: Shrapnel Arm, GSW Leg, and Partial Amputation Leg integrate with the TOMManikin Active Bleed system.
- Tablet-Controlled Pulse: Uninjured Arm pulse rate, pressure, and regularity adjusted in real time via NARS tablet.
- IV and IO Access: Uninjured Arm includes antecubital IV site with flash and humeral IO site for procedural training.
- Burn Presentation: Burns variants present circumferential first, second, and third degree burns across the full limb.

Are all limbs compatible with my TOMManikin or TAMikin?
Yes. All replacement limbs are interchangeable with the full TOMManikin and TAMikin platform — no adapters required.
Which variants are tourniquet responsive?
The Right Arm with Shrapnel Injuries, Right Leg with Gunshot Wound, and Right Leg with Partial Amputation. Burns and Uninjured variants do not include active bleeding or tourniquet responsiveness.
Does the humeral IO site support fluid infusion?
No. The humeral IO site on the Uninjured Arm is for procedural insertion practice only and does not support infusion.
Can I mix limbs to build a combined injury scenario?
Yes. Swapping limbs between scenarios lets you present burns, blast fragmentation, and extremity haemorrhage on the same platform.
How do I order a specific variant?
