I have used this on my person for 2 years whilst working in construction. The paint finish on the camo variant has barely worn. It has never come loose or janky. I have worn it everyday at work upside down on a cross shoulder strap I use for some of the work kit bag. It has protected my tourniquet well and shows no sign of giving up on retention or durability. Was hesitant when I bought it, but it is well worth the price. Buy two tourniquets and keep one holstered.

I use this bag every day at work. It's just the right size for all the gear I carry. It's got heaps of different pockets which keeps all my stuff separate. My only gripe is that I wish the internal divider which effectively splits the inside of the bag down the middle into one large side and 2 smaller sides cannot be reversed. The way it's set-up the two smaller sides are accessible before the larger side (when you swing open the top of the bag). I wish it was the other way round. But it's only a minor gripe, it'd still recommend it.

I was hoping the ankle wrap would be simple to use, but to me it seems way too long with velcro in the wrong places. I couldn't figure it out. Maybe put a video up showing how to load it up and use it. A simple, shorter wrap with a few pockets would be much easier to put on each day.
