The TraumaSim Emergency Tourniquet Trainer is an Australian made silicone wound and bleeding artery simulator used to increase realism and improve tourniquet application.
The simulated above knee amputation or upper arm amputation, provides realistic arterial bleeding from the wound. Bleeding is stopped when the correct tourniquet?pressure is applied. The?amputated wound end can also be used to demonstrate and practice stump dressing technique.
'Light' skin tone is supplied as standard, with a khaki green sleeve, however a range of skin tones and alternate sleeve colours are available on request.
