Shipping within Australia

TacMed Australia offers free standard shipping on Australian online orders over $250 AUD.

Australian online orders under $250 AUD incur a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $12.95 AUD.

Free shipping applies to eligible orders placed through the TacMed Australia website. Orders placed by phone, email or purchase order may incur standard shipping charges.

Express shipping options are also available. Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 48 hours.

We aim to deliver Australian orders within 3–7 business days from the date of order. Delivery to some areas of Western Australia and the Northern Territory may take 7–10 business days.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Your delivery location
  • The shipping method selected
  • Courier or postal delays
  • Public holidays
  • Promotional events and peak sale periods
  • TacMed Australia’s Christmas closure period

Please allow additional delivery time during holiday periods and major promotional events.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. A business-hours address is recommended where possible.

PO Box delivery addresses are accepted where supported by the selected carrier.

TacMed Australia is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied at checkout.

If an order is returned to our warehouse because the address provided was incorrect, the parcel was not collected, or delivery could not be completed, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping or redirection fees may apply.

Authority to leave and missed deliveries

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the carrier may:

  • Leave the parcel in a secure location
  • Take the parcel to a local post office or courier depot
  • Leave instructions explaining how to arrange collection or redelivery

Delivery procedures may vary depending on the carrier, delivery location and shipping service selected.

Couriers

TacMed Australia primarily ships orders using:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack

We may use another suitable carrier where required based on the delivery location, parcel size or service availability.

Tracking your order

After placing an online order, you’ll receive:

  1. An order confirmation email shortly after your purchase
  2. A dispatch notification email containing tracking details once your order has shipped

The dispatch email will include a tracking link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

You can also track your order through the Track My Order page in the website footer using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.

Order confirmation emails

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct
  • Contact our customer service team for assistance

Taxes and duties

GST is included in displayed prices where applicable.

Any international taxes, customs charges, import duties or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
