What makes this kit different from the standard Advanced Trauma Moulage Kit?
The key difference is TraumaWear. This kit replaces many of the individual self-adhesive wounds with pull-on and strap-on wearable wound garments that can be applied to role players much faster — making it specifically suited to high-tempo, large-scale training environments like TCCC lanes and mass casualty exercises. It also includes a larger 1 litre bottle of stage blood and a higher consumable count throughout.

What is TraumaWear?
TraumaWear is TraumaSim's range of wearable wound garments — pull-on sleeves and strap-on wraps that can be applied rapidly to role players without adhesives. Selected items include integrated bleeding capacity for active haemorrhage simulation.
