The Slishman Pressure Wrap (SPW) is a lightweight, compact, and highly versatile pressure dressing designed to manage a wide range of injuries. Available in black or orange, it features a red slip sleeve that forms a lasso for easy cinching and secure application around an injured limb. Perfect for IFAKs, go-bags, or comprehensive first aid kits, this wrap is a must-have in both civilian and tactical environments.

Suitable for use on adults, children, and even pets, the SPW is also trusted in marine and veterinary settings. It can be used to protect wounds, hold splints in place, or stabilise extremities. Its soft, elastic construction is easy to apply—even for untrained first responders—and allows for adjustable pressure to control bleeding or minimise pain.

Slishman Pressure Wrap Instructions:

  1. Loop the wrap over the injured limb and apply it to the injury (or simply wrap for entrapped limbs).
  2. Cinch the red sleeve until snug.
  3. Use a wide wrap for long lacerations, or a narrow, tight wrap for more severe bleeding (between the injury and heart).
  4. Wrap the elastic all the way to the white label, then secure the hooks to the elastic.
  5. Note the application time on the white label.
  6. Adjust for pain minimisation while monitoring bleeding, pulses, sensation, and motor function.
  7. Leave in place until definitive wound management can be completed as soon as possible.

Note: Do not encircle and tighten the wrap around the neck.
