The Eleven 10 Soft Side TQ Pouch is a compact, low-profile tourniquet pouch built for professionals who need reliable tourniquet carry without the bulk of a rigid case. Compatible with the C-A-T® Gen 7, SOF-T Wide, SOF-T NH, and SAM® XT tourniquets — it's the versatile soft carry option for mixed kit setups or where a slimmer profile is preferred.
Attaches to duty belts via the included VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® strap, or mounts to any MOLLE/PALS webbing using the included Malice Clip. Carries vertically on MOLLE, vertically on a belt, or horizontally on a belt — your setup, your choice. The open-top elastic body allows fast, glove-friendly access to your tourniquet without fumbling with closures.

What is the difference between the Eleven 10 Soft Side TQ Pouch and the RIGID TQ Case?
The RIGID TQ Case is a hard-shell injection-moulded holder that maintains its shape and is model-specific — available for the SOF-T or CAT Gen 7. The Soft Side TQ Pouch is a fabric-based option that fits multiple tourniquet models, offers a lower profile, and costs less. Choose the rigid case where protection and maximum deployment speed are the priority; choose the soft pouch where a slimmer carry profile or multi-tourniquet compatibility is preferred.
Can I carry this horizontally on a duty belt?
Yes. The Soft Side TQ Pouch can be worn vertically or horizontally on a duty belt using the VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® strap. It can also be mounted vertically on MOLLE/PALS webbing using the included Malice Clip.

Haven't had to use it yet, but appears to be of a high quality. It is a universal pouch, so the fit isn't amazing for the CAT tourniquet, but still a great product.
