I have used this on my person for 2 years whilst working in construction. The paint finish on the camo variant has barely worn. It has never come loose or janky. I have worn it everyday at work upside down on a cross shoulder strap I use for some of the work kit bag. It has protected my tourniquet well and shows no sign of giving up on retention or durability. Was hesitant when I bought it, but it is well worth the price. Buy two tourniquets and keep one holstered.

Wasn't liking the issued elastic retainer for my belt so I bought one of these. Its a great pouch that has retained my torniquet through field and obs courses. It also looks sick.
