What is the difference between this and the 5.56mm Entry Multi?

The 5.56mm Entry Multi presents multiple entry wounds on a single prosthetic piece for complex multi-hit scenarios involving rapid or repeated ballistic impact. Choose the single entry for standard individual wound assessment training; choose the Multi for high-threat, complex penetrating trauma scenarios.

What scenarios is this suited to?

Neither. This is a self-adhesive silicone wound prosthetic — applied to skin, manikin surfaces, or clothing. It has no internal function or strapping system.

Does it include bleeding capacity?
No. This is a static wound prosthetic. To add bleeding effects, apply Ben Nye Stage Blood and Fresh Scab around the wound site during scenario setup.

How do I apply it?
Peel and apply directly to clean, dry skin, a manikin surface, or clothing. The self-adhesive backing holds without additional adhesive. Tapered edges blend naturally into the surrounding surface.

Will the wound look exactly as shown?
Each unit is hand painted and individually hand finished — minor variation in appearance and exact dimensions should be expected.

Is it reusable?
Yes. All TraumaSim silicone wounds are washable and reusable. Clean gently after each use, allow to dry fully, and store flat to maintain the adhesive backing between sessions.
