The role player activates the bleed by depressing the syringe during the scenario — no instructor input required once the casualty is set up.

Is this a pull-on or strap-on application?
Pull-on. A light dusting of talc powder inside the unit is recommended to assist with sliding it into position smoothly.

How do I build a complete casualty presentation?
Apply stage blood and fresh scab around the wound edges, distress clothing to reflect the mechanism of injury — tears, abrasion damage, blood transfer — and position the casualty in an environment consistent with a blunt force or fragmentation incident. This environmental and contextual layering significantly increases trainee immersion and decision-making quality.

Is it compatible with training manikins?
Yes. The adjustable strapping system fits both live role players and training manikins across a range of sizes.

Is it washable?
