The Operator IFAK comes complete in a compact MOLLE nylon pouch (in 3 colours) which can be worn on any platform that has MOLLE or worn on a belt. 

Its well laid out interior and full zip opening allow rapid easy access to all components.

Specifically designed to the meet the medical needs of a police officer, the Tacmed Solutions LAPD Kit was created for use by all Los Angeles County Law Enforcement Agencies. This compact and slim profile kit provides the operator with maximum flexibility while providing on target care.

Worn on the leg, the rugged pouch attaches directly to the officer's belt, or to a tourniquet pouch worn on the belt. When worn with the tourniquet pouch, the detachable lower portion of the kit provides for additional medical capabilities/capacity, while having the tourniquet readily available for instant access to the officer's belt.

TacMed Australia now carries the K9 Tourniquet. This TQ has been engineered to work effectively on tapered anatomy, such as the leg of a K9, and is designed to be placed high on the limb. It has integrated traction technology that prevents the tourniquet from slipping down the animal??s leg, which would result in a loss of compression.

The slippage is amplified when the animal is started to be moved and extricated. Slippage is a common occurrence when tourniquets or pressure dressings designed for humans are used on such tapered anatomy.

Custom Internal Carry Operator IFAK Pouch. Unlike the regular Operator IFAK pouch that is designed to be worn externally on a belt or attached to molle, this custom version has no molle/belt loops on the back side of the pouch, so the outside of the pouch is smooth.

This variant can then be used as an organiser and/or carried internally inside other pouches when external loops are not required, so there is less bulk and nothing to catch when fitting or removing from your bag or kit. A great option for creating multiple small throw/go bags to be carried inside a mass casualty kit, or simply when you want to carry an IFAK in your bag and dont require any additional straps getting in the way.
