AustraliaI used these on a recent Tacmed Course - had to get one because they are close to the real thing. Especially if used under a bit of pressure / stress, which was applied to students by the excellent Tacmed Trainers. Packing a dry wound, is not as realistic as packing a spurting wet wound. It is well worth the cost, is well made and will likely last many years.
Have used the device in the past when i was doing my TCCC course have been demonstrating it with my ERT students over the past week and they have loved it As they have now had the full experience of seeing how to control bleeding and having blood sprayed everywhere and all over them.
