This IFAK pouch features a split design, with a dedicated tourniquet pouch separate from the main pouch. The tearaway feature ensures rapid access, especially when worn on a MOLLE vest or other attachment points. It provides the flexibility to carry the main pouch on a belt, in a pocket, or separate bag, while the tourniquet pouch can be mounted on a MOLLE vest or pack, or carried in another accessible location.
Both pouches are designed to fit MOLLE and belt fittings, with the main pouch featuring webbed MOLLE/belt straps with press studs, and the tourniquet pouch equipped with a webbed loop with press stud and a rigid MOLLE locking clip for secure attachment.
