What is the difference between semi-automatic and fully automatic?
A semi-automatic AED prompts the responder to press the shock button when a shock is advised. A fully automatic AED delivers the shock automatically after analysis and safety prompts.
Does the HeartSave have a child mode?
Yes. The HeartSave includes a child mode button, allowing paediatric energy levels to be used without needing separate child electrodes.
Does every HeartSave variant include CPR feedback?
No. CPR feedback is available on selected variants. Choose a model with CPR Sensor included if this feature is required.
Does every HeartSave variant include WiFi/LTE connectivity?
No. Remote monitoring via WiFi/LTE is available on selected connected variants only.
What is remote device management used for?
Remote management allows connected AEDs to report readiness status and notify users of important events such as battery or electrode expiry, device alerts or post-use checks.
