Developed using durable silicone and operational feedback, this system delivers medically accurate representations of contemporary combat trauma injuries. The kit includes wearable TraumaWear units featuring rapid application, bleeding capability, packable wound cavities, and realistic tissue damage across multiple injury sites including the neck, forearm, upper and lower leg, and abdomen. Weighing 4.2 kg and packaged in an 18 x 45 x 40 cm TraumaSim carry bag, this kit is designed to support casualty assessment, haemorrhage control, wound packing, and decision-making improvement under operational stress.

What TraumaWear items are included in this kit?

The kit includes a combat neck wearable with packable pockets, an evisceration wearable with bleeding capability, three laceration wearables (forearm, upper leg, lower leg), and an open humerus fracture upper arm wearable.

Can this kit support active bleed simulations?

Yes. Multiple wearables in this kit have integrated bleeding capability and fluid bags (2 x 400ml) are included to support active haemorrhage scenarios.

What moulage consumables are included?

The kit includes stipple sponges, non-latex sponges, Ben Nye coal and ash powder, fresh scab, the TraumaSim Casualty FX moulage palette, stage blood (500ml), a retractable brush, and two fluid bags.

Is this kit suitable for TCCC training?
