The TraumaSim Stabilising Bracket for Lifecast Arm is a mounting accessory designed to secure the Haemorrhage Control Lifecast Arm (HCS01) to a bench or table surface, creating a stable, consistent training platform for haemorrhage control skills sessions.

Without a fixed mounting point, task trainers can shift during application — particularly during wound packing where significant downward pressure is applied. That movement undermines both technique development and scenario realism. This bracket eliminates that problem, keeping the trainer firmly in position so learners can focus entirely on the intervention rather than stabilising the unit with their free hand.

The bracket offers two mounting positions to accommodate different table orientations and training setups. For temporary installations, two cast iron G-clamps are included — no tools or permanent fixings required. For permanent skills station setups, additional drill holes allow the bracket to be bolted directly to a fixed surface (additional bolts and washers required, not supplied).

If you're ordering a Lifecast Arm and this bracket together, the TraumaSim team will pre-install the bracket before dispatch so the unit arrives ready to use straight out of the box.

A straightforward, practical accessory that makes a meaningful difference to training consistency in high-rotation skills station environments.

What does this bracket attach to?
It's designed specifically to mount the TraumaSim Haemorrhage Control Lifecast Arm (HCS01) to a bench or table surface. It is not a universal bracket and is not designed for other trainers in the range.

Does it come with everything needed for installation?
For temporary bench or table mounting, yes — two cast iron G-clamps are included and no additional tools or fixings are required. For permanent installation to a fixed surface, additional bolts and washers are required but not supplied. Drill holes are pre-incorporated into the bracket for this purpose.

What are the two mounting positions for?
