What Happens Next

We review and assess fit
The Medical Services team reviews your enquiry against the scope, timeline, and resources your project requires — usually within 1–2 business days. We work on large, complex, and long-duration engagements, and if your requirements sit outside that, we'll tell you plainly.

The team calls to clarify
A member of the Medical Services team will call you to work through any outstanding points — scope, environment, risk profile, and any specific clinical or governance needs — so the proposal is built on a clear picture of your project.

You receive a quote
We issue a written quote covering scope, personnel, clinical governance, equipment, and pricing — built specifically around your project rather than a standard rate card.

We refine it together
If anything needs adjusting — scope, structure, or cost — we'll work through it with you and revise until the proposal fits what your project actually needs.

You decide
Once you're satisfied the proposal is right, the decision is yours. If you proceed, we move to mobilisation — and for short-notice work, we can often deploy within 48–72 hours of agreement.
