Across all sectors, every TacMed engagement is backed by the same governance framework and clinical depth.
National casual pool including Advanced Care Paramedics, Intensive Care Paramedics, Registered Nurses, and Medical Officers — all credentialled through TacMed's internal governance process.
Quality Management System governing all aspects of service planning, mobilisation, delivery, and review — relevant for government, defence, and resource sector contracts.
Every on-site clinician has 24/7 access to TacMed's medical doctors for real-time consultation, clinical decision support, and escalation — regardless of location.
Continuously appointed to the Australian Defence Force standing panel for medical support services since 2021, operating across NSW, QLD, SA, WA, ACT, and NT.
What Every Engagement Includes
Every clinician operates under TacMed's Clinical Practice Guidelines and Drug Therapy Protocols, authorised by Medical Director Dr Dan Pronk and Emergency Physician Dr Will Davies. Every clinical decision is documented and defensible.
Clinicians are not sourced through a staffing agency. Every person deployed through TacMed has been credentialled through our own internal process — verifying qualifications, licences, currency, and scope of practice before mobilisation.
Trauma response bags, oxygen resuscitation kits, 12-lead cardiac monitors, and primary healthcare kits are provided as standard. 4WD emergency response vehicles and deployable clinic infrastructure are available for remote sites.
All patient encounters are documented via Chronosoft MedStat — compliant with privacy legislation, retained for 7 years, and available for reporting as required by your organisation or regulatory body.
Planned roster rotations, swing medics, and emergency replacements are built into every engagement. With 80+ credentialled clinicians nationally, coverage gaps don't happen.
Daily medical summaries, incident reports within 24 hours, medication logs, and hospital liaison are standard. Reporting formats are agreed upfront and tailored to your project's requirements.
