TacMed Medical Services

Our Services

TacMed Medical Services delivers a complete medical capability — clinical personnel, governance, retrieval, equipment, vehicles, and consulting — deployed across a broad range of industries and operating environments, in Australia and internationally.

Most engagements combine more than one service. A remote resources project might need on-site personnel, equipment supply, and retrieval planning together. Contact us to discuss what your project requires.

What We Provide

Services are combined and scaled to suit your environment, workforce, risk profile, and compliance requirements — from a single clinician to a fully governed multi-service deployment.

01 — Service
Medical Personnel

Credentialled clinicians deployed across every sector we work in — Advanced Care and Intensive Care Paramedics, Registered Nurses, and Medical Officers, including tactical, rescue, and special-operations-experienced clinicians. Every person is credentialled through TacMed's own governance framework before deployment, not sourced through a staffing agency.

Paramedics Nurses Doctors Credentialled In-House
02 — Service
Clinical Governance

A complete clinical governance framework — Clinical Practice Guidelines, Drug Therapy Protocols, medication authority, and Medical Director oversight — that can wrap around your own on-site clinical team, not just ours.

A point of difference: because TacMed holds the required medication authorities and permits and has a Medical Director and Emergency Physician providing oversight, we can extend clinical governance to your nurses and doctors on site — protocols to follow, real-time clinical advice, and the authority behind restricted medications. Many providers are not licensed to offer this.

03 — Service
Medical Retrieval & Repatriation

Planning and delivery of patient retrieval and repatriation — road, aeromedical (rotary and fixed wing), and remote extraction — including escalation pathways, coordination with retrieval services, and long-distance transfer of patients back to definitive care, in Australia and from international locations.

Aeromedical Remote Extraction International Repatriation
04 — Service
Vehicle Hire

Medically equipped vehicles available for hire — including 4WD emergency response vehicles and ambulances configured for on-site and remote operations. Supplied crewed with TacMed clinicians or as standalone assets, depending on your requirements.

Equipped 4WD Ambulances Crewed or Standalone
05 — Service
Consulting

Medical risk and capability consulting — site medical risk assessments, medical emergency response planning, medevac and escalation planning, and independent reviews of existing arrangements. We design the right level of medical capability for your project rather than a generic package.

Site Risk Assessment Emergency Response Planning Reviews
06 — Service
Equipment Supply & Management

Supply, setup, and ongoing management of medical equipment and consumables — trauma and resuscitation kits, cardiac monitors, oxygen, primary healthcare stock, and deployable clinic infrastructure — including restocking, servicing, and compliance management for the life of the engagement.

What Every Engagement Includes

Clinical Governance

Every clinician operates under TacMed's Clinical Practice Guidelines and Drug Therapy Protocols, authorised by Medical Director Dr Dan Pronk and Emergency Physician Dr Will Davies. Every clinical decision is documented and defensible.

Credentialled Personnel

Clinicians are not sourced through a staffing agency. Every person deployed through TacMed has been credentialled through our own internal process — verifying qualifications, licences, currency, and scope of practice before mobilisation.

Equipment & Consumables

Trauma response bags, oxygen resuscitation kits, 12-lead cardiac monitors, and primary healthcare kits are provided as standard. 4WD emergency response vehicles and deployable clinic infrastructure are available for remote sites.

Electronic Medical Records

All patient encounters are documented via Chronosoft MedStat — compliant with privacy legislation, retained for 7 years, and available for reporting as required by your organisation or regulatory body.

Workforce Continuity

Planned roster rotations, swing medics, and emergency replacements are built into every engagement. With 140+ credentialled clinicians nationally, coverage gaps don't happen.

Reporting & Liaison

Daily medical summaries, incident reports within 24 hours, medication logs, and hospital liaison are standard. Reporting formats are agreed upfront and tailored to your project's requirements.
