TacMed Australia is the only certified TOMManikin Repair Agent for North American Rescue in Australia. Our Annual Service Program (ASP) keeps each unit fully operational across repeated training cycles — developed and refined in collaboration with North American Rescue Simulation.

Remote troubleshooting, configuration assistance and system diagnostics are available to minimise downtime and maintain instructor confidence. For complex issues, on-site technical support can be arranged through our team.

Ongoing access to task-specific consumables, wearable components and replacement parts ensures platforms remain fully operational across repeated training cycles. Availability is maintained through TacMed’s direct supply relationships with manufacturers.
