Every environment is built for native TOMManikin® integration. The MH-6 Little Bird ships with an entanglement trap sized for the TOMManikin. The H-60 and CV-22 are designed around litter loading and CASEVAC treatment protocols. Run your manikins inside the environments they were built for.

A full-scale, portable Black Hawk helicopter cabin simulator — built to replicate the interior dimensions, crew securing landmarks and patient loading conditions of a real H-60. Train multi-patient combat loading, point-of-injury care, treatment during transportation and realistic CASEVAC protocols without ever leaving the training facility.

The CV-22T is a mobile trailer that replicates the interior dimensions, cabin height and ramp-load characteristics of a CV-22 Osprey. Designed for initial point-of-injury care and tactical evacuation training, the CV-22T can be configured to standard operating procedures and run day or night in any location your training calendar demands.

A portable, reusable MH-6-size helicopter cabin simulator. The front compartment features an entanglement trap specifically designed for the TOMManikin — both pilot and co-pilot positions. Extractable doors create a realistic obstacle to emergency extraction. The Sensory Control Unit adds rotor wash, noise and smoke for complete stress inoculation.

The SCU is the environmental brain of the NAR system — a self-contained rack that equips any training environment with instructor-controlled light, smoke, wind and sound. Built for stationary environments like cargo containers and kill houses, and fully compatible with video management system upgrades.
